Privacy Policy — End of Watch AI

This policy explains how End of Watch AI (endofwatchai.online) handles personal data when you use the site. Questions go to support@endofwatchai.online.

The data we handle

• Sign-in details. The email and display name you register with, or what Google passes along when you use Google sign-in.
• Photos you upload. The selfie in Exhibit A and, if you add one, the partner photo in Exhibit B.
• Videos we make for you. The finished End of Watch AI video, its wide cut and a still frame used as a cover.
• Purchase records. Which pack you bought, when and for how much. Card numbers are entered on Stripe’s page and never reach our servers.
• Basic logs. Technical records such as IP address and browser type, kept to run and secure the service.

Why we need it

We use your photos for one purpose: to edit the faces in them into the locker room clip you ordered. A short text description of each photo (hair, top) is written automatically so the edit dresses you the same way in every shot. Account and purchase data let us keep your credits and videos together. Nothing is sold to advertisers or data brokers, and no photo or video of yours is used for model training.

Companies that process it for us

Hosting runs on Vercel, the database on Supabase and file storage on Cloudflare R2. The video edits and photo descriptions are produced by AI models reached through KIE. Payments are handled by Stripe. Each receives only what its job requires.

Gallery visibility

A video appears in the gallery only if the gallery box was ticked when you ordered it. Untick it, or switch it off later in My videos, and the video is visible only to you.

Faces of other people

Upload a photo of someone else only if they agree to appear in your video. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18.

How long we keep it

We hold on to your photos and videos for as long as they sit in your account; deleting a video or the account removes them. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

You can delete any video in My videos. To delete your account and everything attached to it, or to get a copy of your data, email support@endofwatchai.online from the address on your account and we will handle it within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
