Refund Policy — End of Watch AI
When credits return automatically, when a purchase can be refunded and how to ask for one.
Failed videos refund themselves
Each End of Watch AI video uses ten credits. If the render stops with an error, those credits are put back in your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us. A video that is still rendering has not failed; when the AI service is busy it can take longer than usual.
Unused packs
If you bought a pack and have not used any of its credits, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase.
A video that did not come out right
Got a finished video with an obvious defect, such as someone else’s face, a freeze or no audio? Send us its ID from My videos inside a week. We will either return the credits or refund that video.
How to ask
Write to support@endofwatchai.online from the email address on your account. Include the date of the purchase or the video ID. Stripe returns approved refunds to the card you paid with; banks typically post them within a week or two.
Before a chargeback
Please email us first. Most issues are sorted out within a day, and a chargeback freezes the account while it is reviewed.
