Terms of Service — End of Watch AI

By using End of Watch AI (endofwatchai.online) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

End of Watch AI is a small AI service that edits faces from your photos into a short locker room clip based on a TikTok trend. It is not connected to the film End of Watch, its studio, cast or crew, to TikTok, or to the creators of the trend.

Age

Accounts are for adults: 18 or over, or older where local law sets the age of majority higher.

Your photos

Upload only pictures you own or are allowed to use. Every person in them must be an adult who agrees to appear in the video. Photos of public figures, of minors, or that are sexual, violent or hateful are not allowed. The AI models we use may refuse photos they judge unsuitable.

Your videos

Videos are made with AI and should be labelled as AI-generated wherever you post them. Do not use them to deceive, harass or impersonate anyone. You are responsible for how you share them. You allow us to show your video in the public gallery when you leave the gallery option on, and you can switch that off at any time.

Credits and payment

One End of Watch AI video uses ten credits. Credits are sold in one-time packs through Stripe, do not expire and cannot be exchanged for cash. When a video cannot be finished, its credits are returned to your account automatically. The refund policy covers the rest.

Availability

AI rendering depends on outside providers. Waiting times can vary, and the service may be paused for maintenance or when a provider is down.

Liability

The service is provided as is. AI output varies and a face will not always match the photo exactly. Where the law permits, the most we can owe you is what you spent here during the 12 months before the claim.

Updates

These terms can change over time. The date on this page shows the current version, and continued use means you accept it.
